Regardless of which side of the remote vs in-office debate you fall on, you must admit — this is an exciting time and opportunity to reinvent work-life, the workspace, and the now trite, "future of work."
I can't believe we have this unique opportunity to solve some of the problems we have experienced in recent years with work-life balance and the rise of "always on" work environments.
I can't wait to see the different work models and office layouts that come out over the next 3-5 years, reimagining what a workspace, office, and in-person culture looks like compared to a remote one (and vice versa.)
I can't begin to fathom the technology and innovation that will come out of this era and work to solve for and change the future. I mean, we have already seen so much invention and technical innovation in the past year!
There are a lot of unknowns, but instead of getting overwhelmed, get excited. Hell, even be at the forefront of solving some of them! I know I plan to do the latter.
