Today is my last day at Knotch. I must look back and say what an incredible 2+ years it has been. I have had the opportunity to have a direct hand in growing the organization, scaling the business, and leading during a time of immense change and innovation. I have hired and mentored incredible talent. I inherited an incredible team, who helped me become a stronger mentor and manager, as well as an incredible group of employees, who welcomed me with open arms from day one and brought me into their culture.
It has been a great privilege to be the employees’ chosen advocate and champion, not to mention the chance to work and grow alongside Anda Gansca, Aron Tzimas, and the rest of the leadership team. I hope I have done you all justice, and I can’t wait to follow your journey and see where Knotch goes next during their next phase of growth.
As for me, more news to come.
