It’s the last day of #PrideMonth2020, but the fight goes on.✊

I hate that it took this long, but I’m so glad that we have finally centered our trans brothers & sisters, particularly amplifying Black trans voices and perspectives.

While this Pride was different, in many ways it allowed us to return to our roots —

🏳️‍🌈 To riot against police brutality.

🏳️‍🌈 To come together around our shared trauma.

🏳️‍🌈 To celebrate queerness.

🏳️‍🌈 To challenge the norm.

🏳️‍🌈 To embrace unity.

🏳️‍🌈 To demand justice.

It took me a long time to get to this place, but I’m so honored to be a part of the queer experience.

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Happy Pride ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Tomorrow, we keep doing the work ✊
