Kim Scott's Just Work: A Review

Finished Kim Scott's latest book, #JustWork, over the weekend. It cemented a lot of my views on workplace collaboration and the need for companies to celebrate individuality.

This book, in many ways, is an extension to Radical Candor and addresses many of the pitfalls that Radical Candor did not consider originally (though Scott released an amazing revised version of Radical Candor recently that does addresses these as well!)

Scott is vulnerable throughout the book, sharing raw personal stories that make a visceral impact on the reader.

Just Work leaves the reader energized and hopeful, giving tactical steps to start making a positive impact and needed changes today.

I highly recommend you reading it over the weekend or throughout the week. Can't wait to see what impact this makes on the industry in the coming months + years.
