It Is Okay...

It's okay to not be okay.

It's okay to need time off.

It's okay to ask for help.

It's okay to sign off for an hour or two.

It's okay to meditate.

It's okay to binge Netflix.

It's okay to have a cocktail at 4pm.

It's okay to walk around the block.

It's okay to admit you need a break.

It's okay to think moment to moment.

It's okay to contemplate the future.

It's okay to grieve the lack of social interaction.

It's okay to miss your loved ones.

It's okay to be scared.

It's okay to avoid the news.

It's okay to isolate.

It's okay to feel the way you feel right now.
